Terrible We were missing a bathtub stopper for the first night and the hotel staff said “call back tomorrow to get one”. We did get one the next day when I called again and it didn’t fit. We shoved a washcloth down the drain to make it work. My two children were not happy the water wouldn’t stay in. The rooms were filthy. The ac vents were caked with dust. The tub around the top was dirty and could have been moldy. The floors were so filthy everyone’s feet were black within minute of walking around. Maid service only came one out of the 4 days we were there even though we requested daily cleaning. The smell was horrible from the canal and we couldn’t even enjoy going outside. The water temp wasn’t consistent. Beds uncomfortable and pillows worse !

Amazing Stay Hotel staff is so friendly and helpful. Staff is so knowledge and accommodating to any of your needs, making your stay extra special. Every morning, whenever you see staff walking by, they will greet you with a good morning; they are so welcoming making you feel at home. Breakfast is delicious with a variety of items. Hotel cleanliness and safety is top notch. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Westminster Inn will now be our go to place!

Great value for the money A nice, quiet, clean place to stay. The staff is the best anywhere. We were constantly greeted with smiles and words of appreciation. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. Very comfortable.

Best stay ever!!!! Clean rooms, Respectful staff members, amazing hospitality, non-smoking, clean pool and hot tub, best by far in Orange County. Would recommend everyone to stay here if traveling and staying in Orange County. Thank you all for an amazing stay!!!
