If traveling to or through Wheeling, this is a wonderful place to stay. We have stayed at this Hampton Inn several times over the past few years. It is one of the best Hamptons that we have stayed at and we have stayed at a number of different Hamptons. The staff is extremely friendly, courteous and goes out of their way to makeus feel welcome. The accomodations are comfortable, updated, and clean. Having traveled a fair amount, these qualities make for a very enjoyable experience. Highly recommend this Hampton Inn on National Road in Wheeling.

An Excellent Hotel Experience The staff at this location are wonderful. I interacted with at least 6 during my stay, ranging from the front desk to housekeeping, and they all were courteous, professional, and very helpful. I felt like they went out of their way to help each guest enjoy their experience at the hotel. I gathered that from my own experience, but also from watching their interactions on the phone and directly with other guests. The rooms and beds were comfortable and clean to boot. An excellent hotel stay! I would easily stay here again if I ever make it back to the area.

Such Nice People We've found in our travels that most of the hotel chains are pretty much the same. You can usually find a hotel in the area you want to be, the rooms are all fairly comfortable, etc. So it's the staff that really makes for a good, memorable stay. And the staff at this Hampton Inn were exceptional. A huge shout out to David, Lyndsey and Diana who all made our visit a happy experience.

Dirty and outdated. Quite dirty and unequipped to provide for larger groups. Loud, beds are not comfortable and the pool is miniscule. needs an update badly. You would be best staying at the Motel 8, same quality. would not recommend it for businesses or families.

Nice hotel Hotel was fine. Abit outdated but bed was comfy and though pillows very soft. The towels were like sandpaper. Shower barely had a spray and you had to becareful not to slip in tub. Bed cover was very old and all bedding dragged on floor. Walls were thin. Pool area was nice but needed attended to. Location was fine but parking was rough late at night. I have stayed here before and would stay again but I will disagree with the best in the world. Staff was wonderful and very welcoming.
