Great staff I choose this hotel when I come to Pennsylvania on business. They don't serve breakfast or coffee anymore, but what they lack in that is made up tenfold by the staff. Nice, friendly and accommodating staff here. They are always willing to help and serve you .. always. Haven't had a bad interaction with the staffing yet. I always have a great stay here. Would recommend to anyone. The Manager Aaron is great and always have a joke. Nina and Mike the front desk people are hard working and attentive.

Pleasantly Surprised :) Friendly, professional Staff & helpful. Smiles genuine! Very clean throughout the facility X-lg fluffy Bath towels Bed was so comfortable I had a good night's sleep! The out side views were surrounded by lush greenery. Gazebo equipped w/lg double Ba-B-Que, one medium family sized & @ least 4 table top size. Charcoal & lighter fluid as well. Although I-81 is directly behind, due to thick line of trees, no noise! Many including myself, took a walk around the grounds morning & evening undisturbed enjoying the beautiful views Dog park was well maintained & stocked. Never hear a single bark, inside anywhere my while stay. Laundry room small but adequate & clean. Before I left I booked my next stay. Not the Waldorf but compared to equal Hotels in the area, a much more pleasant stay! The rates are lower in comparison as well Recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Business not Leisure Not sure I would recommend this hotel for business if you need to work alot on your laptop or even have to print things out. The WiFi seems to not be strong enough to handle everyone when they get on at the same time. Otherwise it is a quiet setting and the food choices around are a plenty also

Quick visit with some friends Building and Interior are a little outdated and could use a refresh or maybe new paint. Although the rooms were rather spacious and bigger than anticipated. Rooms had full fridge, microwave and stove top burners although I had to get my own pots pans and plates.

Great stay The room was very comfortable and very clean. Same expectations from the photos provided. Customer service with front desk and housekeeping was 10/10! I will be returning in the future for more peaceful stays and recommended other friends and family.
