Great Wolf Lodge Williamsburg

Good family we can get away We were at the dance party and after the 745 dance party the crew took a break. They were exhausted and hot and just look like they needed a break. Well my 1 and 5 year olds were over there and my 1 year old was greated by kai and know she needed that break still insisted on entertaining my kids. The felt the GWL love. Thanks Kai. On another note the others that were with her were great as well talking to my kids I just don't know their names

Excellent stay at Great Wolf Lodge. Exceeded all our expectations by FAR! This Great Wolf Lodge was a great stay. It was exactly what we were looking for, a thrilling adventure and a great getaway for our family. The getaway part has been especially difficult for my family (wife and 2 daughters) in the past. We've visited several Great Wolf Lodges in the past, but this one was exceptional compared to the others, causing us to come back many times. There were many great things that stood out, but a huge one was sleep. My daughter has a sleeping disorder and finds it very difficult to find sleep if not under good conditions. Great Wolf Lodge exceeded these expectations by far. The noise level in particular was very impressive, as everything was quiet, making it easy to sleep. The beds were comfortable and soft, not to mention how clean and cozy the rooms are. The room maintenance offered is excellent quality, and once again, exceeded our expectations by far. The rooms are spacious and large, with a large TV, and a kitchen and dining room all to yourself. They also offer different kinds of rooms, for example, you can get one with your own upstairs, one with a second room (in addition to kitchen, dining room, and bathroom,) and one with your own bunk bed, (for little kids.) If you have any concerns about the rooms at all, the front desk in the lobby is very helpful, and offers great service. Another thing that we really enjoyed, was the entertainment they had. Our daughters in particular appreciated this. Their water park is way better then it looks, with lots of fun water slides, a wave pool, TWO hot tubs (one warmer then the other, so one for kids,) a lazy river, and much MUCH more. One thing that me and my wife really valued, was the safety level. The workers were incredibly helpful, and kind, one posted at each water slide for maximum safety. Before the kid went down the water slide, they gave great instructions to maximize safety, and minimize injuries. The water park was awesome, but it sure wasn't the only form of entertainment there. There were lots of other fun activities. They also have bowling, magic quest (a super fun interactive game that my daughters loved,) VR (with lots of super fun family friendly games,) and laser tag. Staff there was helpful and kind, and truly valued any concerns of yours. They also have daily story time for kids in the lobby (its interactive so kids can answer questions and participate,) and a fun dance party every night, that my 2 daughters LOVED! They also have a great location, with lots of good restaurants to eat at around, including BBQ, Mexican, pizza, burgers, and more! The place also had their own pizza place and breakfast buffet, with great food, and reasonable prices. I 100% recommend this place for anyone and everyone. It truly has great quality, and gives you just what you've been looking for, with very reasonable, kind, and patient staff.

Great Family Fun Alex, LiCinda and Leanne were helpful, empathetic, awesome and kind! This was our second visit to this location and we really enjoyed it especially during “Snowland “ experience with Santa Claus. This place is wonderful for autistic kids. Our Family were really Blessed.
