Staff made us feel special! The lady that checked us in was very helpful and even gave us a 10% off coupon to eat at the Steak Restaurant next door. She told us several time to let her know if she could get us anything (my husband got a tooth brush from her b/c he forgot his at home). The breakfast the next morning was good and the kitchen help was constantly checking and cleaning up any spills. The same lady that had checked us in around 6 pm the night before came back in the morning and was still very pleasant. She even gave me a gift of scented soft Christmas socks and some lotion when we went to leave! I have never had a staff member at a hotel give me a Christmas gift...so unexpected and kind!

Awful Took 20 minutes to register after we had prepaid on the official hotel website. They tried to charge a pet fee for our service dog - that is illegal under the ADA. We paid for a king size bed and they switched us to two double after checking in because of our service dog. Yelled at us because dog was not leashed in the deserted parking lot. He was sitting right beside our car. Steakhouse next door was closed on a Thursday.

Outstanding Hotel Desk Clerk - Diana Outstanding Hotel Having traveled all day in the rain, I stopped at this hotel. Desk Clerk -- Diana - Totally AWESOME !! Very friendly/professional and extremely helpful. I started to give her my drivers license for check in and it was gone. Only place it could have been, was at the motel I stayed at last night. Diana called that motel and they confirmed it was there. She handed me the phone and I gave the clerk my address to mail my license to. Ms. Diana went out of her way to make sure, I had a pleasant check. Her outgoing personality and help, was greatly appreciated. Diana, MANY THANKS.

A good stay! Rooms were clean and the breakfast tasty. The rooms were a good size and included a desk, couch, and two ottomans. The high point of our stay was the amazing staff. I booked directly with the hotel since I had trouble with the Choice App. The staff member who helped me was very personable. The staff member who oversaw breakfast as well as the front desk was also very personable. She asked how our stay was and inquired a couple of times about whether or not we needed anything. The quality of the staff is the best selling point for this hotel!!

Nice Nice hotel, especially for the area. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Convenient to a 4 lane highway, Love's Travel Plaza McDonald's and a steakhouse. Likely the best hotel between West Plains and Springfield.
