Don’t stay there The Lady at the front desk was the rudest person have ever experienced. Insulting us five times and just being downright rude, we walked out. Save your money go to comfort Inn. They were wonderful. we tried to be nice and even joked with the lady a little bit just to ease it up. She was so rude.

Not the best Our room had a fantastic view of the river. It was a spacious and well equipped and generally was clean, however the floors were filthy as I found out when I got into bed after a shower and my feet were black having walked around the room. We were also disappointed with the breakfast experience. The breakfast room itself was tiny, with about three tables in it which when you have a lot of people in there all at the same time was a bit chaotic. The breakfast itself was typical of a chain hotel.

Hairy Room! Pet hair on floor. Human hair in the bed. Hubby woke up in the middle of night startled thinking something was crawling on his face to discover it was hair.

Great location We went to a concert at the Live Oak Bank Pavilion and booked a room in advance. The location was perfect. Easy walk to and back from the concert. The room was clean. The hotel is dated and the room was cramped. We had a basic king room. If we were staying more than 1 night, the lack of space would have been an issue. The breakfast wasn't good at all. Eggs, sausage, and potatoes were cold and beyond bland. I don't recommend planning to eat breakfast at the hotel.
