Cold showers Terrible smell in the lobby. No hot water at 7am - front desk said maintenance person was not there yet. I was told an hour later “hot and cold are backwards” in both the sink and shower. Mold in shower. Only one, slow elevator. Would not stay again.

If you like rude and inconsiderate staff this is the place for you! First off the staff was extremely rude and inconsiderate both days we were there, we left three days early. Secondly the entire hotel smells of marijuana, our whole floor smelled of it and in the elevators. The cleaning crew will NOT move a side or out of the way for guests, the made it impossible to ride in elevator and I had to take stairs from 2nd floor and I am disabled. The front desk was rude upon checkout and would not give a receipt. All in all I would highly recommend people finding elsewhere to stay!

Nice surprise and good place for an overnight stay! Clean and well kept hotel right off I95. There are several fast food places near by and an Olive Garden down the road. Perfect place for an overnight stay on your way home. Breakfast was included and the food was fresh and the room was immaculate. Will definitely stay again !

HORRIBLE Staff is rude and unprofessional. We did not feel safe staying there after interaction with the male front desk receptionist, but the hotel checked us in stating we used the room/booking so we were not able to get a refund. Spoke with the manager who did not want to hear where I was coming from stating thousands of people have stayed there and never said they felt unsafe.

Quiet and clean We were just looking for a clean, quiet and conveniently located hotel off of I95 as we were tired from driving through on our way to NJ from FL. This is exactly what we got at this hotel and we appreciated it. It's a good thing I didn't have time to read the negative reviews because our experience was different from those who didn't like this hotel. The breakfast could be better. The coffee was too watery, so I didn't have any, and the eggs and sausages were very unappealing. I just toasted a bagel w cream cheese and made a tea. The lady working in the breakfast area was friendly and the area was kept clean. We were given a room on the 4th floor all the way in the back and I'm not sure if any other room here would have been as quiet because the walls are paper thin, but thankfully we had a rested night.
