Always a great experience! We have stayed at Great Wolf a few times in the past year. Our family really enjoys the diversity of the waterpark. We have 3 children ranging from 3 years old to 8 years old. Each of them love going and enjoy different parks of the park. The staff is excellent and always willing to help or answer any questions we may have. We will be back! We also loved the pup passes. The passes offer so many different activities when we wanted to take a break from the water park!

Excellent customer service We had a great time with our group of friends! The GM, Pam was super accommodating with our day passes, premium seating and food. Couldn’t have asked for a better day!

A trip worth taking! An experience you won’t forget! Our experience at Great Wolf Lodge this December was amazing! We visited with our 5- and 2-year-old and decided to stay overnight, which made the trip even more fun. The kids had an absolute blast at the water park, the arcade, and especially at MagiQuest, where they loved climbing the ropes and going down the slides. The hotel itself was wonderful and had so many activities happening throughout the day. One of our kids’ favorite moments was watching all the animals come to life and make noises around the clock tower—it was such a fun touch. We loved our first trip so much that we came back again with a large group of friends and their kids, and everyone had an equally great time. I would definitely recommend it to families with young kids. Your kids will be talking about the trip for months!

Lodge restaurant Interactions with Sherry A and her coworkers were amazing! Sherry is very humorous and respectful of me and my younger niece. Food was brought in a very timely manner and they checked if we needed food enough that we got what we wanted but not so much that it felt like I was having my neck breathed down. Which tends to happen a lot at restaurants.
