We went in December. It was cold and the water. The water is very very cold in December. Do not work in going. This was behind the couch in one of the rooms.

Very helpful staff Last night (1/17), the staff at magic quest was exceptional. They helped the kids with wand issues and were patient teaching them how to use the wands. Thank you for your kindness. For breakfast, Sherry was the most amazing waitress.

Incredible Staff We had some extremely soakingwet carpet spots in our room. There were several scattered throughout. Theo came in and assessed-then he took us to the front desk. Discussed the situation with Alex and it was agreed to give us a new room. We were upgraded to a beautiful condo and then when we went back to our room to get our luggage, Theo and Jose were working on the problem; which we learned was the refrigerator was leaking and must’ve gone underneath the carpet and hit certain spots more than others. Everyone was extremely professional, kind, and just wanted to make sure that our vacation was perfect. Thank you all! We are impressed _

Fun but overpriced Kids had fun, ages 3 and 5. We visited a few years back and I feel like the waterpark maintenance needed then is still needed. The kid area needs work, one day the water wasn’t on in the area and the jet ski water didn’t work on them. Wave pool was a hit. There’s an area that has doors to the outside is cold to pass through. They could at least do a nice simple foam wall to cover the doors to keep the cold out. The food in the waterpark was decent and of course, overpriced. Kids liked the game room, again,overpriced. Staff was kind all over. They do have activities all day, we didn’t do much of those. Room was fine and clean, they really need to be upgraded. Fridge was so cold it was freezing the food and the knob was broken to adjust. Parking fee was dumb and should be included in room fee. I don’t even know how they know if you have paid, I was never asked what I drove. The self check-in was fine, could have showed us a map where to go but there was someone that did help us. Overall, kids had fun. We might look for another place next time.
