My boys loved it Check in went fast and our room was clean. My boys are 8 and 3 and they were really excited about the bunk beds in the room. At one point our fridge leaked but maintenance changed it out with in an hour. My boys loved the indoor water park and there are slides for all ages. There are a ton of restaurants nearby that you can eat at if you don’t want to eat at the lodge. I did think the $19 to park each day was unnecessary. Other than that no complaints about any of the staff or the lodge itself.

Super fun!!! Just have a little few things to complaint. Everything was so fun and good I just have to complains to consider so first thing first when I first got there I was super excited so when my mom was showing me the way to the room we had this sign that said happy birthday or whatever and my mom, sis, and me was like huh? I hope this is the right room so we came in everything is decorated in birthday stuff and we were like whose birthday is this?? So my dad came and we told he so we look at the card and see who’s birthday it is and was a Spanish like name not to be rude or anything, Next our room was so small we got the bunk bed for my sister and me we didn’t had a tv in our little area so I was kinda mad and the bathroom was so small but the water park was so fun we met some great people and the rides or super cool but if you ask for my opinion you should go to the one in IL because it’s better and they actually have a tv in the little bunk bed area.

That's the wrong way to make money when you are so focused on the money Charging customers $20 just for parking after they've already driven all the way from Chicago is about as disrespectful as it gets. Whoever came up with this idea might want to consider how much revenue your resort is actually losing by nickel-and-diming guests with parking fees. Don’t focus solely on money; focus on making your customers happy, and the money will follow.

I’d pass on this hotel I stayed for four nights. It was ok. Luckily I had a coupon code so it was cheaper because it’s not worth the regular price. I stayed in the condos. They were very loud. They have two tvs in the room that are so close that the remote reaches both so if you’re in bed and turn off the one it turns on the other as well. No ideal. Also the condos have a second door that locks both condos and I came back one night and it was locked so I had to go all the way to registration to ask them to call the other tenants to unlock. Also not ideal. The food was ehhh. The gift shop was nice. Didn’t use the water amenities as they looked dirty. Lastly the price of parking is ridiculous at 19.00 per night.
