Stay away Worst place to stay. Smells, dirty mold etc. First we got there our door was not locked. We went back to the front desk she went and looked why. Said cleaning people probably forgot to close the door. Well that's not good. Second side of the bed smelt like vomit. Lets keep going shower had mold and paint was chipping off the tub. Looked like poop on the wall by the toilet paper. Loud at 1am from people above us. The hallway smells. Room didn't look clean. Vents full of dust. A bottle of water on top of cabinet in the kitchen, I wonder how long that was there. They give you soap that you feel sticky. One shampoo that wasn't enough for 2 people. This place is a no go too

Not Representing the Brand at it's Best This is the most unprofessional establishment I have ever stayed at. I had to go downstairs to request pots and pans, which this is the first Extended Stay that didn't already have them in the room. While I'm down there I get hit on by the guy at the front counter, which was extremely awkward for me and extremely unprofessional for many obvious reasons.. Once I told him what kitchenette supplies I needed and made it clear I wasn't interested he told me that someone would be bringing the pots and pans up to my room with a smile on his face. Everything seemed fine. Almost an hour goes by and I call the front desk in which the girl answers and tells me he's still getting things together and says something very close to "if no one brings the pots and pans up I will bring them myself." That didn't happen either. When I called the front desk again about 15 minutes later the guy answered and told me that I would have to come back downstairs to get my stuff. When I went downstairs to the front desk, Justin wasn't there so I asked the girl what happened, while kind of laughing about it (because it was awkward again and I was confused with what's going on at this place) but all she said was something to the effect of "I guess he didn't want to bring them up." Which that is not what we had just discussed not even 15 minutes prior. So I grabbed my stuff and for that reason I tried to avoid going to the front desk for the remainder of my stay. This kind of behavior has never happened at any hotel I've ever stayed at and I'm constantly on the road because of my job. This is completely unacceptable and honestly it's bad enough to where upper management should probably check this place out more thoroughly. On top of all that the first person I see while I'm waiting to be checked in is a guy pushing a mop bucket by the lobby blasting some kind of rock/rap music out loud on his phone as if people with families want to hear that. Just wow, this place needs to do better. I will say that housekeeping is good here but I'm assuming they may be understaffed due to only getting one visit from them during a 3-week stay.

Gross The most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. From the gross shower to the sink not draining , the hallway rugs filthy and dog spilled all over, smelled musty and overall cleanliness was 2 at best out of 10. The guests were loud and police were called early evening for what to be domestic violence

Extended Stay Dump 0 stars would be too generous. Disgusting . Dirty entrance, Libby and elevator. Room was being "cleaned" when I arrived and the gentleman just let me right in No check of key packet, name, etc. Beds were comfortable and linens were clean Bathroom was disgusting, mold and poor caulk job all over. Tub gross and peeling as they tried to paint it. Sketchy neighborhood Never again
