Nice for a quick family stay The room was clean, the AC was VERY intense and loud but I'd rather have that then a hot room to sleep in. There was no sheets/pillow for the pull out sofa bed but the front desk agent was very prompt in providing those. The pool was closed at the time, and was not noted on the website which was a big disappointment. The grab and go breakfast was very limited, just yogurts and packaged cereal bars, but that's to be expected during COVID.

Dirty Rooms & Disgusting Ants 1st room was dirty & had a/c turned off. 85 degrees in there. Asked to be moved. Moved little ones at 1am. 2nd room had Ants all over the nightstand. Discovered after sleeping, they were in our breakfast food we brought to room. Manager on duty offered us points. He said if we were unhappy we should have left. How’s that for customer service?

Very hotel In consideration for covid-19 I have to temper my assessment of the service during our stay. We were there for five days and throughout our stay we were forced to chase after towels and toilet paper. The room was never dressed, fortunately my husband and I are not messy. During December it's cold. We were never able to get the temperature comfortable. We tried and the staff tried but my conclusion was that the heating/cooling unit needed maintainance. We are use to a firm bed but the bed we slept on was unforgiving. We woke stiff and sore every morning. The room itself was beautiful and the other furniture was comfortable. The shower was great.

Serious Let Down SpringHill Suites used to offer a certain level of comfort knowing which ever city I am in, I have access to a nice clean room, breakfast with healthy options, and toiletries. Based on my 10 years of Marriott loyalty this has held true until now. Apparently staying Marriott loyal in a pandemic means these things that were previously valued as consistent and accessible are no longer a thing. They no longer offer breakfast bc COVID? My room was disgusting. There were poop stains on the toilet and no toiletries (not even hand soap) in the room. Looks like I'll be building my status back with Hilton because Marriott no longer offers the service that kept its loyal travelers coming back.

After Halloween This is the second SpringHill I stayed in in the last few weeks and first hotels in months since COVID. First of all the parking was bad they did not open the parking garage. I had to park in the back there where blind spots and dark areas. Then the room did not have any place to hang your towels. Ad insult they didn’t even have grab bags for breakfast. Great way to lose customers is to not get up quality. Businesses are so load about saying they want to stay open but they don’t do what it takes to be open.
