Quality-ish inn I’m on a. Big road trip and chose this as it was on my route and fitted the price range and semi decent reviews. The check in was quick and simple the manager was very friendly and informative. Unfortunately there were no ground floor rooms available so I had to lug my suitcase up a flight of stairs, no biggie unless that would be an issue for you. The room was fine pretty clean other than a big mysterious sticky patch on the carpet ( room 219) and had everything you would expect. The bathroom was fine my only gripe would be the shower head is very low. I’m only 5’ 8” and I had to duck, so if you are 6’ well good luck! Iron and ironing board were good, fridge was good, aircon was very noisy luckily I only had it on for a short time, if you had to have it all night I would think it would be a problem. I never used the pool but it looked clean and well maintained. Breakfast the next morning was a sugar lovers dream, the only no sugar item was the apples. Even the yoghurt was full of sugar now don’t get me wrong I like sugar and sugary things but this was a bit much. Checkout was quick and simple, the car park had plenty of spaces and park where you like, several eateries within walking distance and I felt safe at that location but I didn’t go walking around at night. Only 3 stars because of the sticky carpet, low shower, first floor climb and unhealthy minimal breakfast. I would stay again if I got it at a discount.

No Quality at the Quality Inn I stayed here figuring it'd be fine, and close enough to the airport that I would save $100. I've stayed at Quality Inns in the Midwest, and they were fine. Bad move!! I don't care how enthusiastic and nice the guy (Jeff) behind the welcome desk is. Ownership is letting that guy down with the way this hotel is run. The city of Woodland doesn't help either as they need to get the tweakers off the street in the immediate area and into shelters and rehab centers. Starting with the homeless people in the parking lot of the hotel and the Sonic parking lot that you drive through, the impression is not good. There are no interior corridors, so it's really a 2 story "Motel" - not a "Hotel". There was a group of three guys in the parking lot loudly talking and swearing up a storm that I could hear from my room. Then there was another guy just talking at a normal volume one door down, who I could hear clear as day with the door closed. There was a half used roll of toilet paper on the nightstand by the bed when I walked in. It smelled like cleaning supplies. The bathroom fan-light squeaked like a rabid mouse. Visually, the room was dark and poorly lit. I just assumed that the lighting was covering up dirt and grime. I didn't even bother taking my shoes off. I simply picked up my bag and left. On the way out, encountering more homeless people on every block, all the way to the highway. There is ZERO Quality at this Quality Inn & Suites. They need to tear this hotel down, and start over. Otherwise, convert it to a homeless shelter as it seems to be acting as one in the parking lot.

Horrible! They should be ashamed. Never again. The room was filthy with trash from previous occupants left in nooks and cranny's. The bath tub had false eyelashes stuck to the soap tray along with refuse from other items used in the shower. The bottom of the tub was dirty and needed a good scrubbing. The toilet was not attached to the floor properly so when you sat on it would move. The Ice machine had green mold oozing out of seams along with rust streaks covering the outside panels. I didn't look inside because I did not want to touch the machine any further. The air conditioner rattled so bad we had to turn it off to sleep. Makes you wonder if it had ever been cleaned or serviced. No toilet paper in the holder. The breakfast had to be the worst I ever seen in a motel. The apple juice was watered down so much there was very little apple taste to it. The muffins were horrible. The menu was minimal and lacking the usual fare. the coffee was horrible. The attendant handled the food with his bare hands. I wondered if he even bothered to wash before handling the food. When I told the attendant about the green mold on the ice machine he stated, "yes he had seen it." The motel room reeked of neglect and reminded me of a slum lord atmosphere. Cheap secondhand furniture with scuff marks. The room was advertised to have a Queen bed but instead it was a double with little, subpar pillows the size of through pillows.

They forgot to include the “Quality” at this Inn *POORLY MANAGED* I would skip this stop and go elsewhere. Mgmt. was no where to be found and when contacted with an issue, only created more and passed the buck on their responsibility. No thank you!

Dishonest GM - Smoking Fee Fraud The hotel fraudulently charges a smoking fee when you do not smoke in the room. I would not recommend staying here. The GM is dishonest and a liar. They must be hard up for $$$. Sad. The rooms are sufficient and there is good access to Starbucks.
