Think twice before booking the Hampton Inn, Woodstock, GA As a Hilton Honors member I have to say this hotel was one of the least pleasant stays. No greeting as a member, not even an offer for water, requested the soap in the shower to be refilled and the staff did not understand our request. I went to the desk and the associate there informed me they do not have soap for the shower only bar soap. Room was not that clean, breakfast was very limited, coffee was horrible, and WiFi was poor. No email offer to review from Hilton for this stay. surprisingly.

Southern Hospitality in Reality Amy and Nyela at the front desk (night and day shifts); Lynnette and Connie for the hot breakfasts; Lydia and Jacqueline for the cleaning; Art and Solomon for the maintenance— thank you to you all for the amazing, kind above and beyond excellent service and consistently day after day! Diligence. Excellent communications. Clean. Beautiful. Newly remodeled everything. Hot breakfast every morning. Afternoon/evening oven-baked cookies and/or fruit every day. Such joyful and kind people, making this trip such a delight and Southern hospitality for real! Thank you Hampton Inn Woodstock, Georgia, for everything! -Kate

Extremely dirty/moldy carpet, pillows This hotel was horrible. Dirty, moldy. Congested and could not sleep. Bathroom door would not close. Security exterior door on building was cut off. Big gaping hole and door swung open/unlocked. We’re booked and paid for at Marriott across street but clerk gave our “uncancelable” suite away before we got there and sent us across street to this cesspool. Though not affiliated by chain, both hotels owned by same person so “sister hotel”. Will never stay here again. Very nice Holiday Inn short drive away. Very clean and well maintained.

Stay away till construction done Full fledged construction going on in most of the hotel. Terrible that they are open. They should mention this very clearly. Not safe to be open with this extent of construction going on. Food was good though at breakfast That was only plus. Rooms are very dated.
