Don't This place is run down and had to switch rooms because a/c didn't work, then second room, shower didn't work. My company put me here, I'll never stay again. Very not maintained place, staff even said half the rooms are so bad they can't rent them out.

Ok as long as you don't plan to shower or eat breakfast, yuck. This is the worst place I've ever stayed. After dragging everything upstairs in the dark, I discovered room 221 was NOT directly above 121 as I had been informed in the lobby. It was on the opposite side of the parking lot. Upon entering, the room smelled, was very hot, and came complete with a couple stink bugs near the bed. Thankfully the AC did work. Comfortable bed, although the comforter was visibly stained. The complementary breakfast had Sunny D passed off as orange juice and cereal and oatmeal, but no bowls. The scrambled eggs had a weird grayish tinge, but the sausage was pretty tasty. The communal butter tub, syrup bottle (for pancakes stored in the fridge???) jelly and peanut butter jars were sticky, crumb-filled, and just flat out gross. Final straw was NO HOT WATER for a shower! Considered heating some water in the microwave for a sponge bath, but you guessed it ... no cups or glasses. Thankfully I had put my clothes back on prior to housekeeping attempting to barge in at 8:30 am. (No "do not disturb" tag either.) As I'm checking out, I complained about there being no hot water. The desk clerk simply shrugged, walked to the back, flipped a switch of some sort, and added that the owners were "cheap and didn't fix stuff." No apology given and certainly no offer to comp anything. At least I earned a few Wyndham points, but damn.

Customer Service Makes Up For Alot When booking this hotel, we talked with Sarah - who was super accommodating. We wanted a handicap accessible room and none were cleaned. However, Sarah tried hard to help, so we decided to work with what was available - at least the room was on the first floor. The room had a strong odor - like cigarette smoke? Not sure how quickly housekeeping zipped through the room - there was a bottle of beer in the refrigerator. It is clear that there is remodeling taking place, which is great. What hadn't been attended to yet - grout was missing around the tub and flooring in the bathroom, the ceiling showed signs of leaks, the curtains had subtle rips in them (from wear). What really needs attention - the entry door should be scrubbed on the inside - it was dirty. The inside of the bathroom door should be painted with semi-gloss (instead of flat) paint - so it can be kept clean. Now for what was good - the A/C was excellent, the beds were very comfortable and the bedding looked new, the microwave and frig were new, there was lots of counter space around the sink, there is a fitness center as well as a washer and dryer. And the breakfast - that was the customer service WOW!! My sister is Celiac and was looking forward to a breakfast of sausage, eggs and fruit (as she can't have the other food options). Amanda stopped everything and made more scrambled eggs (as they had run out about a half hour before they closed the breakfast bar). Amanda's helpfulness and attitude was superior - she was determined to do whatever it took to make the customer happy - thank you, Sarah and Amanda!!
