Great Find!! This hotel was a great find along our trip. Pet Friendly was a huge plus. Location feels safe . Well lit parking . Safe place to let our dog do its business and get some playing in. Priced very well. Room is very clean and smelled clean. We would stay here again . This is a great find in Woodward OK

Great value for local owned hotel I booked this hotel online based on value and good rating. When I arrived, I realized I had booked for the wrong date but the hotel was able to get me a room and honored my online rate. The front desk was very friendly and helpful. The room, though an outside room, was clean and comfortable though a bit small. This is an older hotel/motel but it appeared they had updated the rooms. The property is very clean with good amenities. The complimentary breakfast was excellent! Tracey was there to provide a complete made to order breakfast or you could eat from their buffet which was also very good with many options. I loved eating on real plates and using ceramic coffee mugs as well! They also have a bar onsite but I didn’t check that out. A few restaurants close by and a WalMart across the highway and Dollar store down the street. If I visit Woodward again, I’ll definitely stay at Northwest Inn again.

Needs improvement The woman over breakfast is extremely rude , loud and obnoxious .As other reviews stated she should be reprimanded patrons pay to stay eat and relax not to put up with someone like that. Other than that not to bad of a hotel

Sadly, awful! Thanksgiving weekend to see family living in Woodward and Mutual. The front desk was rude. The kitchen (Tiffany) was extremely rude and just mean by loudly expressing negative remarks about patrons in front of them. She needs to be retrained or fired bc she is representing the company. The room was run down, clean enough but no maid service the entire four days. The first day was thanksgiving so I told the nice woman who came to clean not to worry about it that day so she could get home to family for thanksgiving. But subsequent days no room service even after requesting it at front desk. We had to go get towels and empty trash and make beds. Part of the price of a hotel is the room cleaning so you come back to nice clean tidy room. I was very disappointed overall. I’ve been using this hotel about twice a year since 2009 but will go somewhere else from now on; there are many other places to stay on Woodward.
