Huge and beautiful room in a awesome hotel with the nicest staff around. Stayed there for one night - 2 adults & 6 kids! We came for one night as a stop during our vacation. 2 Adults, and 6 children. We booked the 2 bedroom - 2 Queen & 1 King suite. This room also has a twin sofa pullout bed. We were also provided a play pen for our youngest. The Room Was Awesome!!! Huge - Clean - Spacious - Fresh - And Newly Updated!! The two bathrooms, the oversized (for hotel standards) kitchen, the full sized fridge, the electric stove top, the ice in the freezer, the abundant closet space, the many comfy chairs, big dinette table, etc etc etc etc. All in all we almost didn't want to leave..... (but we had to get back home for shabbos :-)! I'd definitely recommend others to catch this hotel and return myself! Oh! The pool was great (its outdoors - so thankfully the weather cooperated)! And the most important thing was the staff! My wife and I cannot remember ever having a friendlier check in experience as we had here! Quick - involved - motivated - clear info sharing etc etc - The lady at the counter (sorry i didnt take her name) suggested some good attractions etc!

Excellent Hotel near lots of places! Exceptional hotel. Happy to be able to stay here, near St. Joseph's/Penn State Hospital @ Bernville, prior to my procedure. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Kiki at front desk. Loved the bright lights at the bathroom sink and the HOT water in the shower. Highly recommend! Work out room was very nice. Did not stay for breakfast. Walked to dinner right next store to Texas Roadhouse.

Might be good once renovation project is done Found upon arrival that the hotel was undergoing reservations. The room itself was fine, but everything outside the room was a disaster. The floor we were on didn't seem to have any other guests. Construction workers seem to be residing on this floor. Hallways looked more like demo than reno. If you book, ask about the renovation project first.

Bad Stay I am frequently in Reading for work and am brand loyal to Hilton. This property is the worst I have stayed at. I understand there is a renovation attempt and the noise and other aspects of a renovation don’t bother me. The property is literally a dump. The contractor chooses to just stack garbage in the parking lot vs using dumpsters and the amount of litter on the grounds is both maddening and sad. I was in a “renovated” room and the instal was done so poorly. Like I said I am normally a Hilton person but not any more at this place. Also - the lack of any response to this and similar reviews shows a lack of any management or engagement to improve.

Horrible Stay I reserved this hotel for the weekend because I was in a wedding and the wedding was nearby. During the time I spend searching for rooms I did not see where it says that they are remodeling. When I get to the hotel to check in I feel water drip on my head. Even when that happen there wasn’t an apology or an explanation as to by water dripped on my head. However I let it go as I walking to the room with my family we all noticed the wall paper is ripped flooring is a mess. It look like we walked in an abandoned building looking for a buyer. Our room tub was dirty and rusty there were two big spiders on the couch and the room was extremely cold. After experiencing that nasty room we asked to relocate for the remaining of the stay because it was just a mess. We relocate to the 4th floor. No better with the heating in the room. This was theeeee worse experience I’ve ever endured with my family. I will definitely like to hear from you all
