Right off the highway and comfortable bed This Best Western is located right off of the expressway, it’s very comfortable and has a nice comfy bed and quiet room. The breakfast is a different story. There was nobody attending the breakfast area and nobody at the front desk. The milk ran out. There was no butter for the waffles, half the machines were broke, there was no freshwater, the coffee was running low, there was no teabags, and the scrambled eggs were disgusting. Don’t eat them! And they didn’t have any yogurt or healthy protein options. We stay at Best Westerns when we travel back-and-forth from the south up to the Midwest and this was the worst breakfast of all of them.!

Will not stay here again. Building was not very clean and there was black mold in bathtub wall surrounding. There were leaves and trash in hallway coming from outside. Outside trash can was runing over. We stayed in this hotel back in January and it was not in this condition. Hotel needs an update.

Terrible place to stay 1. Phone did not work. 2. TV remote did not work. 3. Bathroom light switch worked sometimes, 4. Bathroom door would not close. 5. Shower water pressure very low. 6. Breakfast was terrible. Eggs were basically not edible, potatoes way over cooked, Oatmeal tasted like sawdust, Waffles were okay. 7. Bed was comfortable.

Clean up the spiders We were a little skeptical when we arrived and saw the exterior, however after inspecting the room we found it to be fine. The room was clean. The refrigerator had a small freezer compartment that we like. The wifi worked well and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast area was really very nice and the breakfast buffet was typical those in most motels. The one issue we had was with spiders. My wife was bitten, several times, during the night.

Probably won't be back We have stayed at this BW for many years because it is pet friendly. We always come Labor Day weekend for the Hillsville flea mkt. We will probably never stay at this location again because the cleanliness has gotten worse & worse and things that are broken have never been fixed, even from year to year. Ice machines out of order, breakfast area items out of order. The outside looks good and kept up, it's the inside odor, and condition along with cleanliness that is lacking. We will find somewhere else to stay from now on.
