Melanie is the best at the front desk!!!! Melanie at the front desk went above and beyond to help me book my reservation, and at the best rate possible. Melanie really helped with my families trip out that way. Wish the trip was under better circumstances as it is for a funeral, but Melanie really made it the best possible experience!!!

Triple lock door I get there on the 3rd. I go to clerk area front desk. I show her my email info,I reserved room,had itinerary number. I pay,get 2 cards, all seems fine. I unload bag,I sit at table to ear fast meal before having to leave for family event. While eating,some short lady barges in,loudly saying her tablet says no one is supposed be in this room. I did not say a thing I just stared at her. She leaves. I tell a blonde cleaning lady I see about it. It was very rude,uncalled for and very disrespectful. She could have knocked and asked,she could have gone to clerk and asked. When checking out I tell that clerk what happened and asked for a receipt. She claimed she will tell manager. I described the lady who barged in as detailed as possible. Short size, black hair, medium brown skin,had Hispanic accent. There is no reason at all for this woman to barge in without knocking at all or saying who she is. She did NOT have a visible name badge at all or I would also be saying her name.

Do yourself a favor. Pick this hotel. Very clean and modern hotel. Staff were amazing, especially Luanne who hosted the cocktail hour and the two ladies who manage breakfast. Rooms were clean and the bathroom had room to roam and great shower and towels. Good beds also. Pretty nice gym also

A nice stay My husband & I originally booked 2 nights here while visiting nearby Niobrara State Park. When we ended up needing to cancel the second night, there was no problem at all. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable, giving us a great night's sleep before heading home in the morning. Breakfast was a great start to the day. The only reasons I didn't rate higher: the shower drain was a bit sluggish, and the soap dispenser in the shower hadn't been filled before our stay. Even so, we very much enjoyed our time here. Good value for the money!

Pleasant stay We arrived earlier than check-in time, the room was not ready yet, but the front desk was very willing to call us as soon as the room was ready and let us check-in. We had a 2 night stay and every person we were in contact with at the front desk was very nice, as were the other employees here. The breakfast had a nice variety and the area was clean and organized. Given the activity of guests with kids, and what seemed like family gatherings in the lobby with food, the next morning, everything was clean and back to normal. The room was clean, the bed very comfortable. Our room being next to the highway, we heard hardly any road noise at all.
