Nice venue, but rooms need maintenance Does well for large groups and was there for a hockey tournament with my son, however our hotel room shower had such little pressure it was unusable and our toilet didn’t completely flush. Staff was friendly though. Some maintenance is needed for sure.

Handicap room reservation not honored Several months before we reserved two adjoining rooms off the lobby. One room had a handicapped bathroom. Upon arrival at 3 pm we were told those rooms were not available and we we given two side by side ( not adjoining )rooms. Neither had a handicapped bathroom. It was a very difficult stay for the elderly handicapped in our party. I complained that this was at minimum unethical. No compensation provided. But the person on duty at checkout did apologize. I will never return and do not recommend booking this property

Terrible room and foods After checking in we headed to our room. On the door the sign said suite. We thought, wow they gave us a suite! Could it be mistaken? We anticipated a big room. After the door opened, we were very disappointed. It was a regular small room and small bathroom and smell awful. Dusty, stained bedsheets and the mattress was hard and very uncomfortable. Very disappointed. Glad it was just for one night. What ashamed! This place have so much potential. Oh, we roundup some friends to hangout on the patio and the foods were terrible !

Play somewhere else Played 18 holes - 5.5 hours. No Marshal or ranger. Stopped in for a beer after 9 and ended up walking out without service even tho the bartender was behind the bar. Course was in decent shape, but could care less when you have to wait 5 to 10 minutes on each tee...not worth the cost of the round.

Little (if anything) to Like Here I travel to York a fair amount for work and have yet to find a "go to" hotel. I recently stayed at Heritage Hills for a corporate event. It was my first stay and very, very likely it will be my last stay too. As many others have mentioned, the hotel is EXTREMELY dated. The room was dark and uninviting, and the bathroom was tiny. The bathroom counter was like 3 feet off the floor. Were people really that short in the 80's?? Beyond dated, everything felt worn out and tired. I also wondered about the clientele when I found the iron was (literally) tethered to the ironing board. I have NEVER seen that before! I had expected hotel to have some nice green space around it, but this is largely untrue. The main building is extremely close to a busy road and has a parking lot all the way around it. Making a left out of the property (toward York) can be a challenge given the speed of traffic. Finally, the pedestrian bridge from the lobby over part of the parking lot and to the bar is almost comical. You go over this indoor sort of bridge, and then down like three hallways and numerous flights of stairs. And, finally, when you're about to give up, you sort of randomly pop out on the backside of a bar area. Bizarre. There was little to like about Heritage Hills.
