Best hotel in York, PA! I truly enjoyed my week of staying at this Homewood suites in York, PA. The accomodations are excellent! Very clean and modern furnishings in the rooms and public spaces! Its in a great location on the north side of York and close enough to the mojor highways but not close enough to hear the trafic. They have great free hot breakfast items everyday with all the trimmings in their modern dining room. Very friendly and helpful dining staff and housekeeping staff. They are all led by Siama Hussain, the general manager, who will meet you at the front desk and greet you like a close friend and make you feel welcome. She truly wants you to have a pleasant stay at this hotel. A highlight this trip was Pearla at the front desk. She was very kind and patient and helped me make my next future reservation at this hotel. I feel this is the best hotel in York and the best Homewood suites in the entire nation! The Best in the U.S. My husband and I stayed at this hotel for approximately three weeks. From the very first night of our stay we felt so welcomed. Not only is the hotel well managed, the hotel is nearly spotless from the lobby to the common walking areas to the rooms. We were so pleasantly surprised to see that the rooms are so immaculately clean. When we walked into the room it had a clean and fresh smell. They also have a wonderful staff who are attentive to every need that arises, including the housekeeping staff. There is a such a spirit of excellence at this hotel like none other we’ve stayed at. The General Manager, Siama and the Assistant General Manager, Sarim manage this hotel with absolute excellence. They go above and beyond to provide a superior level of customer service to their guests. They are not somewhere sitting inside an office behind the scenes. They are front and center at the front desk taking care of their guests, always available and hands on in the trenches with the rest of the staff. In all of our travels throughout the U.S. we have never seen such professionalism, dedication and commitment to excellence as we saw displayed at this hotel by these two senior managers and the staff they employ. This hotel and management staff are the crème de la crème in the U.S. If you’re looking for a place to call home, even if for just one night, this is the one. Siama and Sarim, we want to thank you personally. And we want you to know that even though there’s been a long delay with posting this positive review we have never forgotten all you did to make us feel welcomed and at home and all that you sacrifice to provide this superior level of service to all of your guests every day. Great hotel, but with lots of kids running around Overall, my stay at this hotel was pleasant with a few notable ups and downs. The hotel itself is quite nice, offering spacious accommodations including a full kitchen in my room, which was a definite plus. Room 206 was comfortable and well-maintained, providing a relaxing environment for my overnight stay. However, there were a couple of issues that detracted from the experience. Throughout my time there, my husband and I encountered numerous teenagers who seemed to treat the hotel corridors and common areas as their personal playground. Their loudness and constant running around were quite disruptive and made it difficult to fully unwind. Hotel staff did try and address the issue. Additionally, the hotel seemed to be hosting several traveling baseball teams during our visit. While it's understandable that such groups might stay here, the sheer number of children running around, sometimes unsupervised, created a chaotic atmosphere at times. This was particularly noticeable in the hotel's public spaces and pool area and occasionally spilled over into the quieter areas of the hotel, including the hallways near our room. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel staff were generally polite and responsive to requests, and the amenities offered were satisfactory. If you're considering a stay here, especially if you value spacious rooms and a kitchenette, it might be worth inquiring about the potential for noise from large groups or events during your chosen dates.

Home away from home This hotel is excellent and so are the staff! I was in town for an event working long hours. The hotel was clean from lobby to elevator all the way up and into the room. The bed was comfy the room was spacious and it had everything I needed being away from home for a few days! The staff from the DOS Manaam was great to work with for our group and the front desk staff Abby , Armenta ,Ephraim and Antoinette all made the stay enjoyable. They were pleasant each day and helpful throughout my stay. Breakfast was delicious! The only issues that occur was the hot water did go out twice but they addressed it immediately and quickly resolved it where I had a hot shower each morning. I was also aware of a neighboring hotel having an issue with no hot water so could have been something going on in the area but Homewood was able to address and fix the situation much faster than other locations.

Homewood Suite by Hilton York PA My most recent stays at the Homewood Suites by Hilton, York PA location from Aril 22, 2024 to April 25,2024 were excellence. The Lobby and common places were cleaned and filled with positive vibes. The room was cleaned. The Breakfast and Wednesday Social Gathering Staff were nice and attentive. I would definitely come back to this place.
