Pilates in Southside, Allentown, PA

The instructor Rose is incredibly good in her teaching method. She makes sure all students are performing the movements correctly. It is very technical without being too overbearing and a lot of fun. I enjoy her classes very much. She’s one of the most highly rated instructors I have ever encountered in my fitness journey.

These workouts were great. A good selection although I was doing only mat; I don't have a reformer at home. But the instructors are great and I really got a lot out of these pilates classes. Going to buy again.
