I bought this MS Office and followed the instructions to downloaded it. Then, I ran the downloaded exe file but recklessly kept press Next button. When there is no more Next button, I got lost somewhere I don’t know what to do next. I sent help email to support. David replied my email surprisingly fast! After two or three emails back and forth, I can get back to my work. I greatly appreciate David’s help to me! Thanks!
My web order defaulted back to same day delivery, but it was easy to find the number to fix it and the customer service agent was helpful, professional and fast. Will definitely use them again.
