Excellent customer service was provided by the staff we interacted with and especially Travis, our instructor, who was very friendly, patient, and effective at teaching us all the necessary safety and technical aspects of our intro course. He sure made it easy for someone who doesn't have the best short-term memory and is somewhat intimidated by tying knots more complicated than shoelaces. Well done!
