Like most people I started with a Groupon. And March will be my one year with 365 gym. Jason is the best at what he does. I started at 187 and now I’m down to 130lbs. It takes a lot of hard work to get to where I am at now. If you can give jason the time and commitment then you can do it too. I’m there 4 days a week. FYI I drive far to train with jason when la fitness is 3min down the street.
Just do it! Rachel is a skilled instructor and the scenery feels like a mini vacation every bounce. I noticed positive changes to my body and my mindset after only one month. So much so that I purchased an annual membership so that I could continue on.
