Yareli did an amazing job. She completed all priority items and also had time to complete all of the remaining items I had indicated as “if have time.”
Scheduling was delayed the first day, and then due to snow the second day, but it was completed by the end of the 3rd day within the guaranteed timeline. It was a lot of back and forth and uncertainty in times in scheduling, but very responsive.
I had some difficulties installing the app and contacted their help. I got a reply with instructions in a very short time (15-30 minutes) with instructions on how to fix my problem. In my experience with other software companies such response could take days.
