The staff was very minimal, but they were very friendly and helpful. It was nice to wander around by ourselves at our own pace. The animals were a hit with our kids.

Had a bit of issue with the confirmation but it’s my fault I guess for purchasing at midnight. Buy during normal hours the day before to avoid issues and voucher delays. Otherwise seamless and easy to use.
