I started my experience by explaining my Jiffy Lube history and oil change objective. I also brought a frozen front wheel stud-nut issue to their attention to see if they could review potential add'l services to quote, but after a staff technician diligently researched the repair procedures using his online reference resources, they discovered they didn't have the "press" to achieve the required result. I nonetheless got to witness many members of their very qualified team seek to offer all potential revenue generating services they could find. I was especially impressed with the very able team deploying their respective strengths to efficiently and effectively reflect a dual management level of QC overlapping in a broadly-based command & control strategy to keep all members as engaged and involved in as many micro-layered cross-purposed elements of delivering customer attention & satisfaction.
