My husband had to go back twice because our groupon expired a few days ago and they wouldn’t accept it. The second time we were able to have a csr from groupon escalate and work with staff to be able to use the amount we paid (which never expires). 5 stars to the csr and MATT specifically from jiffy lube for being able to resolve the situation and apply the base value of the groupon to our service. He went above and beyond. Will definitely go back.
