My Office stopped working after a month and i didn't realize that i have to put in Key to activate , as it was running on a trial period. I emailed them and within 2 minutes i got a response on how to activate it and what is the root cause of the issue. Great and fast customer service. I am loving Groupon. i wish i would have known about Groupon long back.
