Everything Was Exactly As Described. The customer service is fantastic-You dial one number, don't have to push any buttons, & a real human answers the phone, & quickly. They helped when My Daughter was having trouble signing in. My Daughter quickly finished the course (at her own pace) & received the pink slip for the DMV in the mail within days.
