I love YogaDownload - they offer hundreds of yoga sessions at all different skill levels, intensities and lengths of time to choose based on your needs. If you’re traveling and have slow Wi-Fi, they allow you to download to your account so you can do the sessions without interrupt. It’s an amazing resource when you want to have the flexibility of working out at home.
My instructor was Neka. I took pole 1-2 for my first class. She was very skilled and made sure to help me get into my positions correctly. There was only a few people in class and she played good music to practice to. Overall I had a good time and it was really fun.
Two 30-Minute Private Dance Lessons (single or couple)
Allison is an excellent teacher, very patient and positive. After 3 lessons, we made significant progress with the waltz and salsa. Looking forward to more lessons!
