First, this is an amazing deal...I ALMOST felt guilty installing it. I bought a new computer and figured it would be easier to start from scratch so but there was a Microsoft 365 program on there that they try to sell you and I just had to uninstall that and then reinstall the new program. It took 20 minutes front to back. When I had questions, David was super helpful, since I am not a super techy person, having that support as a back up gave me the knowledge and courage to do this myself!
