First time here, and I had a great experience. Wanted to do root touch up, but ended up getting all color service. Great value for the money, good results, and professional service. Hannah was very helpful! Shop was clean. Staff was friendly. Will come back.

Lenitza did a great job on my hair. She did exactly what I asked and needed. She took her time and they didn’t add on any cost. Usually when I use a Groupon for my hair they always add on extra costs at the salon, Hair Bad NYC didn’t. They were very fair and honest and had very reasonable affordable prices. I will go back.
