Krissy is a skilled, experienced provider of her services. She took great interest in my needs and desires for the treatment. I love my results so far and intend to continue to use Krissy again & again. The atmosphere of her quaint spa is so relaxing I sometimes fall asleep at her gentle hands!

As a first timer to Yoga let alone hot yoga, i'm very pleased with the classes, instructors and students. It is a welcoming environment. I've since signed up for more classes. it is hard and I feel i need to be in the right state of mind and hydrated condition to attend, but the benefits are felt right away when I do go.
