The guys were very courteous, worked efficiently and quickly around all of my boxes, etc. I've had them before and I will use them again. The extra cost for the extra vent was worth it and knowing that there is a 2 week warranty period in case there is a problem is helpful too. I still have to try the dryer to see if it helped with the drying efficiency.
