Nichole was excellent in explaining the procedure, what to expect during the treatment, and gave after-care instructions. Results for the IPL will take a week or so, so I can't comment on results as of yet.

She applied the perfect amount of pressure and made me comfortable throughout the entire session. They are open late and the staff are great! This will be my new go to, would definitely recommend you try them out.
