Excellent experience! Redeeming Groupon was an easy and smooth process. Installation took about 2 hours, I waited in the lobby. Lobby is spacious with a TV. When installation was complete, I had to pay tax for Groupon and for 1 year warranty (cost was approx. $31) which I didn't mind paying at all. With my receipt, I received warranty and product information. Customer service and installation process was awesome! I love using the the remote starter, its so nice getting into a warm car in the winter. It's easy to use and I'm very happy with my purchase. I would highly recommend Wow Electronics to my friends and family!!!
