This was my second time visiting the museum . I came to see the new exhibits . I highly recommend visiting the museum . So many exhibits and the lunch served there was delicious too
A trip to Gunston Hall should be on everyone's list of interesting places to visit in the DC area. It is a wonderful historic Georgian home of George Mason. The home and grounds are beautifully restful and there tends to be very few people (unlike Mount Vernon), so you can really take your time to explore and learn. Our docent Rhiannon was so knowledgeable and willing to answer any and all questions. A lovely afternoon!
