Crosstown fitness (Roscoe) has been a turning point for my fitness. Having done next to nothing prior I was astonished how constant my improvements were. Not fast, there are no short cuts, but steady. The coaches are superb as well, there is someone for every type of gym goer. I like especially that they care to amend posture and technique during class, so you won’t injure yourself or miss out on the intended effect. I joined!

Initial class (spin) was great . Front desk person- Sharron was helpful & courteous.

Good experience. It was as clean as any clubs I’ve worked out at, not dirty. The equipment worked well. Lots of options. The sauna is a big plus for winter.

Great place ! Clean ! Kids love the gymnastics! And the front desk is so friendly. Awesome!!!!
