Rachel was great in explaining the three main photography key points: focus/ framing, exposure, and white balance. Breaking down my Canon IOS Rebel 7 Camera, Rachel did an awesome job describing each feature and lens my camera was cable of capturing. I look forward to meeting with Rachel again for my next class!
The proprietors, Carl and Donna, are super knowledgeable, very personable, and present their attendees with a 1st class experience in an absolutely beautiful property. Their pairing selections are always superb. The best part of their classes, is that they do not limit the experience to ONLY their home grown wines, but introduce superior wines produced by other vintners discovered by their sommelier
Andrew's extensive searches, as well. This was our 3rd class with them, and we will definitely be returning soon. My greatest concern, is that these classes will get so popular that there will be no room left for us! LOL
