Service was prompt, efficient, personable and professional. Even noted that engine air filter did NOT need replacement instead of arbitrary replacement.
Was sad I couldn’t get a transmission fluid change and I’m not sure if it’s laziness or seriously stripped and un accessible… oops change was nice and fast. BUT went to Bellevue location asked about transmission fluid change and was recommended to go to Redmond location… came here for nothing because they don’t want to do it either…
Dara served us along with Jacobe and a wonderful young lady (Joliet, i think)..Service was outstanding, staff are amazing and on top of everything and wonderful price for the service. I use this location every time I get an oil change and I am never disappointed. Thank you guys!
