Overall a great experience, the amenities in my package were worth the value paid. Once inside the business, it’s a calming and welcoming environment. Rina was great! I was initially met by two staff who seemed puzzled by my arrival. It wasn’t until I showed the text confirmation that their demeanors were more pleasant. Customer service is an essential part of an any business.

I had my first visit ever to laser a small area. Check-in was friendly, efficient, and fast (if you complete the medical forms electronically before arrival), and fast. I was called back 30 seconds after check-in. My nurse practioner was professional, friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and asked pertinent questions. She also explained everything in detail so I had no questions. I highly recommend SEV, Bethesda.

I highly recommended the teeth whitening treatment. Myesha did a fantastic job and my teeth look amazing! I am very pleased with the results and I would come back again.
