I have used this deal to upgrade 2 laptops and 2 desktop computers. As described, the software is downloaded directly from Microsoft, and the deal provides the code necessary to activate. Be sure and follow directions provided and completely uninstall prior versions. Office software is fussy that way. I had a question, and was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I received a response. Highly recommended.

They did a great job and were very nice. Definitely will be going again and I saved a ton of money very professional.
