I think some of the bad reviews on here are for other locations, but the Quincy, MA location and its manager Jimmy are fantastic! Very friendly, accommodating, efficient, and honest. I’m glad I went!
We had a party for my 8 yr old today at Laserdome. Our party hostess greeted us as soon as we walked in. She was so pleasant and energetic. She went above and beyond to ensure the kids had a fabulous time! Her name was Emma! The other employees working there were also super friendly and helpful. I would 100% recommend this place for a birthday party!
