From two people who have ZERO coordination, we couldn’t have found a better team to help us prepare for our first dance! We bought a Groupon to try out the studio with two sessions, and signed up for their 8-session package after the first. Daria worked 1:1 with us for 8 weeks to choreograph a beautiful first dance that incorporated our personalities, and helped us with our awkwardness enough to make something truly special! We were able to surprise our family and friends at our wedding in 2022, which had been postponed since 2020, so being able to surprise everyone made it even more important to us. Daria painstakingly helped us learn how to move our bodies to look cohesive, and remember the steps to the dance she created. We also loved the chance to dress up and try our dance in front of other wedding couples and fellow studio students at a “dress rehearsal”. We flopped a little during that and went too fast, but got our nerves out of the way for the big day. When it finally came, we practiced one more time upstairs between the ceremony and first dance, and pulled it off flawlessly!! Everyone was so surprised and truly enjoyed it, and we smiled through every moment! We have so many beautiful photos and videos of the dance that we will treasure forever. We are BEYOND grateful to Daria and the rest of the team at Fred Astaire Dance Studio, and cannot recommend them more to other couples looking to learn something special for their big day, something fun and romantic, or individuals looking to connect with other people who enjoy some fun!

Grea place, great energy and great teachers! Clara was our instructor and she is phenomenal! Will definitely be coming back. 10/10 recommended
