It is not the product that is great, it is the customer service! Anyone selling software sells the same thing (or close to it). The customer service from this company was OUTSTANDING! I had a great deal of trouble installing this but the support stuck with me for as long as it took to resolve. While I am somewhat computer savvy, some of the steps needed for me to be successful were beyond my knowledge and they walked me through each step. With little time to devote to this project it took many days to troubleshoot and finally find a solution. AMAZING service! 10 stars indeed!!! Thank you.
