First time trying this spot yesterday after purchasing a Recovery package off Groupon, which came with: a Sauna, Cryo as well as Compression massage in chair, I did all 3. Staff is kind, shoutout to Tabitha for answering all of my questions when I called. Came in with sore muscles, walked out so relaxed. What an awesome experience. Go freeze yourself! It’s nice. -TE

The office assistant, Rebecca, has been wonderful! She explained how to use the equipment well. She has a bright, positive attitude. Easy to make you laugh and feel comfortable. The sauna and guided exercises or meditation is a nice addition.

Ashley was very friendly and explained everything thoroughly. Did a good job with my treatment.
