There was a cute and small waiting area I was in while waiting for my service. The staff was friendly and efficient.

Dealt with Jose for scheduling and service. Very nice and accommodating, I was short on cash when I arrived and Jose pointed me in the direction of a close ATM, even suggesting I could wait until oil was changed, drive over and return with payment. I was able to get a Groupon instead, so all was good. No waiting around, all done very quickly.

I'm a big believer on Valvoline I've used them for years the staff is solid consistent pleasant and professional at every location And the Erie locations just as good as anywhere else!
