Very thorough and thoughtful in explaining the process. Lilli is super sweet and really wants to get it right. I appreciate that when it’s something semi-permanent on my face.

Nichole was excellent in explaining the procedure, what to expect during the treatment, and gave after-care instructions. Results for the IPL will take a week or so, so I can't comment on results as of yet.
