Tommy did a excellent job! He was explaining stuff as he did it so we know what to do in the future, careful of our property, inspection and cleaning was done well! He was one of the nicest serviceman we have seen in long time, and had a great personality, would use him again anytime!We would recommend him to anyone who needs their heater inspected!
Yareli did an amazing job. She completed all priority items and also had time to complete all of the remaining items I had indicated as “if have time.”
Scheduling was delayed the first day, and then due to snow the second day, but it was completed by the end of the 3rd day within the guaranteed timeline. It was a lot of back and forth and uncertainty in times in scheduling, but very responsive.
