My Office 2024 Home & Business and 2024 Pro Plus purchase did not install properly the first time & after it stopped working, I contacted the Groupon & I was given detailed instructions on how to uninstall it and reinstall it so it works properly. The instructions were a big help and everything is now working properly. Thank you!!!!
