  • Bistro 33 El Dorado Hills
One of the most-visited pizza places in El Dorado Hills, Bistro 33 El Dorado Hills has a delicious menu. The awesome service and incredible food, set in a casual atmosphere, will have you visiting again and again. Thanks to its outdoor seating, Bistro 33 El Dorado Hills is a great option when you feel like soaking in some of those California rays. Also, most folks will probably tell you that the restaurant is defined by its small plates. There's not really a recommended attire, so feel free to dress comfortably. Upon arrival, see if you can try the sliders or the sweet potato fries, as they'll both make a good impression. For those who are interested, the robust menu does feature items that are gluten-free, low-fat, and vegetarian. In addition to its quick service (take-out is available), the restaurant also offers delivery, and can even cater an event for you. Or, if you just want to stop by for a beverage, the restaurant has a good selection at its bar. A good spot for all three meals of the day, any time is a good time to swing by Bistro 33 El Dorado Hills. Its patio is known to be "nice." Visitors to the restaurant have access to a private lot nearby or can park on the street. Prefer to pedal there? Bicycle parking is also offered.

  • Esthetic Dentistry of El Dorado Hills
Esthetic Dentistry of El Dorado Hills is a multispecialty practice, which means that unlike most general-dentistry practices, it houses all of its specialists under one roof, so patients can avoid the inconvenience of going to multiple places for various treatments. Its specialists include Dr. Gregg Welsh, an oral and maxillofacial surgeon certified in using general anesthesia, Dr. Dean Ahmad, a board-certified periodontist, and Dr. Donna Galante, a board-certified orthodontist who is ranked by the company that owns the rights to Invisalign as an Elite Preferred Provider—someone who is in the top 1% of Invisalign providers. The aptly named institute also has an on-site education center that hosts professional seminars, study-group sessions, and live patient demonstrations, so the in-house specialists have ample opportunities to gain more clinical experience and pass notes about which molar is the cutest. The aesthetics part of the practice's name comes from the cosmetic and aesthetic dentistry services performed there, as well as from office's tribal-art decorations and arched ceilings painted to look like clouds.

  • Spare Time Clubs
Since 1972, Spare Time Clubs has evolved into a 10-club, full-service family sports club company that includes programs for both adults and children. Each location varies in size—some boasting multiple complexes—and houses amenities such as lighted tennis courts, pools, kids’ play areas, and fitness centers. At the Diamond Hills and El Dorado Hills locations, members can shine up in the onsite European spas, and the jewel of the Gold River club is a lighted stadium court encircled by a 5,000 square-foot observation deck. In the event of inclement weather or courts being overrun by ball-chasing dogs, players can schedule time at the dedicated indoor-tennis center, where eight fully sectioned-off, championship courts glow under the power of tournament-level lighting. World-class coaches develop kids’ court skills at the junior tennis academy, students of which can practice with an unlimited number of sessions at any of Spare Time’s other clubs.

  • Adventure Boot Camp Downtown Sacramento
When sharing his fitness expertise with Village Life, Anthony Adedipe lauded the effects of exercise, maintaining that physical activity "releases endorphins" and "keeps you energized." The certified trainer is distinctively knowledgeable on matters of fitness and health due to his lifetime of athletic experience, his years playing college football, and a decade working in the fitness industry. Anthony brings this wealth of knowledge and experience to his branch of the nationally accredited Adventure Boot Camp, where he and his staff of certified trainers lead women through imaginative, high-intensity workouts. The coaches conduct classes outdoors at Washington Park and occasionally take class field trips to special locations, mixing things up by jogging through a forest or confusing security guards by crab walking through the airport. In addition to fitness instruction, trainers provide members with nutritional advice and pre- and post-measurements.

  • Lynn Greene Photography
The team at Lynn Greene Photography has been snapping shots together since 2006—long enough to know that the most important part of their job is, by a happy coincidence, also the most fun. Each session begins with some lighthearted goofing around, establishing a playful tone that helps most people strike a relaxed pose. Their clients range from families to high-school seniors to sexy boudoir models, and they never fail to elicit a natural smile from any of the above. That said, they know when to get serious. They often help out corporate professionals looking for business headshots to separate them from the pack. Immediately after holding an in-studio or outdoor session, clients are invited to preview their images at the studio. While there, they can decide which pictures to preserve as prints, in coffee-table books, or on fake dollar bills.

  • McKay Photography
Bearing the titles of Master of Photography and Photographic Craftsman from Professional Photographers of America, David and Ally McKay embody the keen vision and aesthetic prowess that separated good photographers from great ones. They share these skills during classes at McKay Photography Academy, where they train eyes, fingers, and imaginations to work in tandem as a snapshooting dream machine. Their classes help aspiring photographers progress from neophytes to seasoned pros. When not busy instructing the next generation of shutterbugs, David and Ally also devise photo safaris, which send small teams of photographers to capture shots of famed landmarks including San Francisco's Golden Gate Bridge; the Lincoln Memorial of Washington, DC; or Yosemite's 60-foot statue of Yogi Bear.
